| Shipping/Order Info: ONLY Forplay is not eligible for Drop Shipping!1Shipping is "Drop Ship" from the vendor. Elegant Moments & all footwear can be drop shipped. This speeds up your order considerably. It is much faster than having the order shipped to me, THEN to you. Shipping charges include a basic fee for shipping, and the vendor's "drop ship" fee. Any shipping fees beyond that are absorbed by EveryWomanLingerie. It's quite common on most orders. Ordering: It is worth your while to order more than just a few small items. Keep in mind, many of the stocking/hosiery items are much less than the shipping fees. So, the more you order, the cheaper it is on YOU, the customer. |
| Returns: ALL items for return must be: 1) Unworn, 2) Unopened, 3) WITH tags attached, 4) IN the original packaging. Any requests for return MUST be made within 10 days of YOUR receipt. The vendor drop ships everything via UPS, with tracking numbers, which they supply to us. We DO track all orders, to ensure delivery. Tracking numbers will also be supplied to you, so that YOU know when the item is due to arrive. Once the vendor receives your returned item, they contact us for instructions. You MUST inform us of your intentions, either replacement, substitution, or refund. We then contact the vendor with those instructions. If in the case of a refund, we will refund your money, as soon as the vendor credits our account. |

| Comparison Shopping: To our knowledge, (both) EWL stores are cheaper (on 97%) than the top 5 online stores/sites selling the same items. You may find a few cheaper, but only by a few cents. Example: With 3Wishes, we compared 25 itmes that we both have in common, of the 25, 7 were "last years' catalog [read "clearance"], of the remaining items, they were cheaper on two items, (.05 on 1 item, and .50 on another). We feel we are VERY fairly priced. much lower "Sale" price. ALL our prices are our SALE prices. We aren't looking to make a profit by making it all on "one" item. We are trying to be a "low price leader", making our profits via "volume". (As WalMart does). We believe in offering the entire line offered by our vendor's, not just a select few that happen to be the vendor's "best sellers". We list the vendor's catalog number in each description. Feel free to comparison shop on your own. |
